It’s amazing how a new patio umbrella spruces up our tired furniture and really makes it feel like summer. We spend a lot of time outside and it’s nice to relax comfortably. 
Around the corner from the patio is this wonderful flowering tree. I’m not sure what it is, but it sure is beautiful.

looks like a catalpa tree to me! Beautiful flowers and giant beans. Andy & Melissa had one in Middleville that they cut down – it was a very hollow tree and could have fallen on their house! I think Grandpa & Grandma Luyk had one at their Hall Street home!
It’s not a Catalpa. Someone suggested it so I looked it up. My tree doesn’t have big leaves or beans. There are a couple of them on my block. Maybe I’ll take another picture close up.
